My goodness what a great buy. The bag itself is almost worth the price lol. But awesomely kitted out though I’ll be adding some more items & removing some items that are carried in a leg drop. But the whole package is thoughtfully put together. Knife is ok but needed sharpening though the safety catch for it was interesting. Light is also ok along with striker. Compass actually worked which is rare but awesome. Have better for all of them & stored in leg drop so opens more room for extra medical. Scissors are really nice & leaving in the glow sticks as I’ve forgotten to store them half a dozen times. For a first time emergency kit I think anyone would be completely happy. But for some who have better none medical items then used here & once removed will find the bag one of the best for first aid items out there and to finish kitting it out with items not included or adding extra’s.The Velcro back pad has the button snaps & slid right in/on the molle pack or the pups molle vest. That pad also has the front buckle but even without it the top has another Velcro strap to cover the zippers on top. The pups vest has Velcro also so leaving off the back pad I slapped it against his vest - actually held throughout the day though I probably wouldn’t depend on it when hiking as he will run through the brush. As you can see I’m completely thrilled about how well the bag itself is designed and made so for me everything else is a bonus lol but still saying that, it’s kitted out very nicely overall and easily worth the price! Will have to order a couple more for family members and extra one just for me because I just want another bag lol Recommend for sure ��
